CitiRental (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the https://citirental.co.uk website (the “Service”).

We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.

Collection of Data

The seller can verify that the people on the list: ¨ gave specific consent to receive marketing from us; ¨ were provided with readily accessible, clear and intelligible information about how their contact details would be used (e.g. privacy notices were easy to find and understand); ¨ were offered a clear and genuine choice whether or not to have their details used for marketing purposes; ¨ took positive action to indicate their consent (e.g. ticked a box, clicked a button or subscribed to a service); ¨ gave their consent reasonably recently (within the last six months); and ¨ in the case of texts, emails or automated calls, gave specific consent to receive marketing by those means. Marketing by E-Mail or Text ¨ We only text or email with opt-in consent (unless contacting previous customers about our own similar products, and we offered them an opt-out when they gave their details) ¨ We offer an opt-out (by reply or unsubscribe link) ¨ We keep a list of anyone who opts out ¨ We screen against our opt-out list Faxes ¨ The individuals on the list have specifically consented to receiving marketing faxes from us ¨ We have screened their numbers against the Fax Preference Service (FPS)
Company specific information regarding CitiRental data usage ¨ For reasons of policing, legal and national security we store all your data indefinitely or as long as we deem reasonable ¨ We will only pass your information to an authorised body and for marketing purposes to a brand/company directly connected to this entity ¨ should you wish to remove your details from our marketing list simply contact us at email@example.com and state you wish to have your name removed from the list – the information, however will be retained for reasons detailed above.
Storage of your Data
We may also collect information how the Service is accessed and used (“Usage Data”). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
Your data is securely stored in secure format held under our control and security or by responsible third parties such as banks, card processing entities and data storage agencies who are acknowledges as having adequate security of your data in place.
Tracking & Cookies Data
